There is also a doggie door for your furry friend to access in and out of the enclosed balcony. You will encounter 3 locked doors. The locked facilities are for use of storing my own personal belongings, cleaning supplies and utilities that will not be accessible to guests. Other things to note STAIRS: There is 1 flight of stairs you will need to climb to get to my unit. PETS: I love pets but unfortunately, the 1 pet policy is firm per the rules of my condo association. ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT/ALLOWANCE: Bookings in months April through November will require a $500 security deposit. This will strictly be used should guests exceed the $200 electric allowance that is given only during these months. Deposit is collected within 24 hours of check-in through Airbnb. The $200 allowance is usually plenty to cover for the use of AC but should guests prefer the home to be very cold and keep the AC on all day, it will exceed $200. In an effort to give guests the freedom to keep the temperature at their comfort level, anything over the $200 will be taken out of the security deposit. IDENTITY VERIFICATION: At check in, all guests staying at the property will be required to show a photo of their Government ID. This could be a driver’s license, passport, identity card, or visa.
