Whether you grew up in the area and are coming home to visit family and friends, or visiting for a Bills or Sabres game, our place is comfy, clean, and welcoming. The Village is a walkable community with restaurants, shopping, cafes, all just five minutes by foot or bike. Fabulous hiking trails and parks are nearby. There is a spacious living/dining room area. There is high speed internet and three AC units. Living room has two loveseats, chair/ottoman, and futon couch. Driveway is shared. The space It is a really cozy, very clean apartment that is freshly painted. It has a nice porch to enjoy a drink and watch the world go by and to look out on a small park with beautiful old trees. The space is very quiet and relaxing. There is a fully stocked kitchen and is an economical choice for a longer stay. The apartment can sleep up to four comfortably. All bedding is Egyptian or cotton sheets with mattress cover protecters. There are many pillow options with pillow protectors to keep all bedding sanitary. Please note the nightly price is based on two person occupancy and there is a $10 dollar per night per person. We have window unit ACs in both bedrooms and dining/living room. There are ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, as well as a portable fan in the second bedroom. PLEASE NOTE-Our apartment is on the second floor and may not be conducive for people who have trouble climbing stairs. NOTE: The bathroom is small and space may be tight for some individuals. Our home was built in early 1900s and has the original claw foot tub and may not be accessible to those who have difficulty climbing in and out of high edge tubs. We offer access to laundry facilities for guests staying longer than 1 week. Guest access Second floor apartment, summertime backyard patio with umbrella table and chairs, plus a front porch which is absolutely wonderful to relax upon with a morning cup or an evening glass of your choice. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Other things to note Hiking, swimming, birding, and nature opportunities abound.
