The space Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms--1 with a plush queen hybrid mattress and 1 with a twin bed. The living room has a comfortable pull-out couch with a full-size bed. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a 40inch electrical fireplace, 4K Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), fast wifi, and a Keurig coffee machine. Fully stocked kitchen is also available to make your own meals. Step outside and you'll find even more to love, including a gas grill with outdoor lights, fire pit, and hammock. ****Dog Policy: -We welcome up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog (extra fees apply). -Dogs are welcome to enjoy the outdoors but not allowed on couches or beds. We schedule deep cleanings of couches monthly, but pets still aren't permitted on furniture. If your dog cannot stay off the furniture, this may not be the right Airbnb for you. Alternatively, bring lined protective sheets to cover the furniture. -A $250 charge will apply if we find pet hair on the couch or bedding to cover the cost of replacing sheets and immediate couch cleaning, which is costly. -The pet fee covers routine maintenance for pet-related messes on floors and rugs. -If your dog cannot use the bathroom outdoors, this is not the Airbnb for you.
