This is a cozy, newly finished basement apartment. 800 total square feet! Just 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from AVL Airport! It is the full basement of the house with two separate rooms. One area is the bedroom with bathroom/kitchenette separated by a barn door to the TV\Office space area. The apartment has its own entrance with key-less access. The space Cats do live on the premises, so if you are highly allergic, this may not be the space for you. There is only one parking spot available. The walking path to the apartment is made of stone with a down slope. We would not recommended our rental for someone with a walking handicap. We also like to warn people it would not be possible to roll a large suitcase very easily.
