Guests have access to the pool (when in season) and deck areas which overlook the river. 2 full baths, the one upstairs is dedicated to the guests and the one downstairs is shared with owners and guests. Guests may prepare food in the kitchen or use the grill on the deck. TV is only in the living room, not in bedrooms. The space Beautiful CT River and sunset views in rural area. 15 min from Middletown and 40 min from CT beaches. Walking distance to hiking trails and a state park is 3 minutes away. Bring your boat or jet skis, we are 15 minutes from the boat launch. Kayak (bring your own or borrow from the owner) in the Connecticut or the nearby Salmon Rivers. Have a meal overlooking the river, you may see the osprey and bald eagles soaring over the river and turkey, deer, fox, coyotes and shy bobcat sightings. Guest access Guest have access to all common areas of home, which include, kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher), living room (television), dining room, deck (gas grill), and den (pellet stove). There are 3 guest bedrooms and a bathroom dedicated to the guests. Guests have access to in ground heated pool while open and in season. During your stay We are always available in person, by phone, e-mail or text. We do enjoy socializing but if you rather peace and quiet, we are happy to respect your wishes.
