Situated in a quiet neighborhood outside a small Pennsylvania town, we offer a full private basement apartment. You will have access to two off-street parking spaces, a semi-private deck outside in our beautiful gardens and a private entrance to the apartment. Inside you have a bedroom, full bathroom, and open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room all to yourself. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen mattress available to set up in the living room. The space The apartment is fully furnished and decorated, mostly with antiques and objects my grandparents collected on their travels throughout Asia. The space is in a basement but the two windows bring in a surprising amount of light during the day. The bedroom stays nice and dark to support a perfect night's sleep. Guest access Outside: 2 off-street gravel parking spaces, a private walkway leading to a semi-private deck in the backyard and the private entrance to the basement apartment. Inside: entry way, open-concept area including a kitchen, dining area with desk, and living room, as well as a separate bedroom and full bathroom with laundry. There are 2 doors in the unit that are not for guest access, both are marked accordingly. Other things to note As this is a basement apartment, there is a dehumidifier running to keep the space comfortable. We do not have air conditioning in the unit but everyone has said it stays comfortable all year long. There are instructions for using the dehumidifier in the Information Book and we are happy to help out anytime.
