The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Deep water dockage and available boat rental, please enquire. The space The cottage is 1/2 of a duplex. Previous owners added living space over the top of an existing boathouse which they also annexed to a small cottage through a breezeway. During the renovation we left the cottages attached however closed off the access between them to create 2 separate units. The one bedroom "Annex" and 2 bedroom "Boathouse" can be rented together or separately. Each side has it's own private waterfront. There is a shared fire pit for guests to gather and enjoy a beautiful evening. Guest access Guests will have access to the 2 bedroom Boathouse, private (separate) waterfront access, and parking for 2 cars. There is additional parking on the property for boats, or other recreational vehicles.
