The space It is a unique Gothic Revival style cottage nestled in a 2-acre park-like setting, up the hill from Carter's Creek. Presence of the 4-season sunroom is what distinguishes Peaceful Haven from the other cottages in the area. This added bright and cozy space will be your favorite to lounge comfortably - no matter whether it is hot, cold, windy, or humid outside. Besides the sunroom the open concept main level also features a living space with a gas fireplace, dining area, and kitchen. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper level, two smaller bedrooms and bathrooms - on the lower level. We feel obligated to let you know that the cottage may not be safe for 2-8 year olds (3 levels, slippery hardwood floors and stairs, no lifeguard on duty at the pool). You understand there are potential dangers that biking, swimming, hiking, kayaking may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person biking, swimming, hiking, kayaking if a person has health risks, or if a person bikes, swims, hikes, kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur.
