Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. While children are welcome guests, please note that the house is not child-proofed. Other things to note The pool is open from May through September. Window AC units are installed in each bedroom and the main living room from May 1 - Oct 1. During snowy/icy conditions, the driveway requires a 4WD/AWD vehicle. The driveway is plowed after every 3" of snowfall. Long-term stays (>2 weeks) require an additional cleaning fee. Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
