You will have a furnished single bedroom apartment in the lower part of our home. It has a private entrance with parking for vehicles and trailers. There is a huge yard for relaxing or we are on the Androscoggin River for fishing, kayaking or tubing. We are conveniently located only 3 miles from the Cedar Pond trail system parking allows for offroad adventures abound. Hikers will also enjoy this convenient location as we are only 30 minutes from Mount Washington and the White Mountains. The space The apartment has a bedroom with queen size bed with dresser and closet. In the living room there is also a full sized futon for extra sleeping space if needed. There is a 55" TV with a firestick for streaming. We do not have cable, as there is way too much to do to have time for TV. For those rainy days there is also a DVD player with varies movies for all ages. Also, you have a private fully stocked kitchen with all cooking essentials as well as private bath with washer and dryer. If you chose, grab a free to use kayak and hit the river. 3 are available for your enjoyment. Life jackets are also available, please make sure you have one will you in each kayak, NH law. As far as us being around, don't be surprised if you don't see us. Were most liking out enjoying this beautiful state! But we are only a phone call away if were needed! Guest access Upon arriving at our home, please park in the spots indicated next to the garage. Additional trailer parking is also available on the far side of the garage if needed. Walk towards the side pathway of the house and proceed straight across the back deck to the stairs leading down back. This will lead to the private entrance of your apartment under the porch. Other things to note When you arrive, if daytime, you may be greeted by two happy barking boys. It may last a couple minutes, but it’s out of happiness! They love company. No worries, they are super friendly and do not have access to your private space. If you do chose to go out and play with them, please no people food! We do have WiFi available, but its probably not be what your use to. It will get you by, but is NOT lightening fast and even spotty at times. We live in the great north country, it’s the best available. I have also provided a variety of DVD movies for bad weather days. Wildlife up here is everywhere! It is not uncommon to have birds, deer, bear and moose in the yard. Please do not leave any trash, food, or anything that may attract them outside. If they do show up, watch from a far. Do not approach for the “perfect photo”. They will not bother you, if you do not bother them.
