Susie's Climax Creations Farm is where you can experience a stay on a farm. The charming farm house is roughly 200 years old, located 2.5 hours from NYC, 25 minutes from the Hudson train station. If you want to stay somewhere safe from Covid-19 exposure this is the place! Susie's Climax Creations is on a quiet dead end street. The apartment has a private entrance and completely self contained. If you would like to see more of the farm animals check out my site located at Kliese140. The space Come to the farm and learn the fun of farming, enjoying visits with the chickens, horses, sheep and the pot belly pig Tux. All the animals are very friendly and love the attention that they receive from visitors and guests. Children can look for eggs, feed the horses apples and carrots and get to give Tux back scratches. Penelope the goat and Sally the sheep will follow you around looking for attention too. There is a sprawling front porch to enjoy while ducks waddle up to you begging for treats to eat out of your hand. Tours to guests to meet the animals, visit with them and maybe groom a pony or horse. The spacious sunny three bedroom apartment is fully furnished and comes with everything you need, including a fully-outfitted kitchen, towels, pillows, bed sheets, down comforters and blankets. The kitchen has an electric stove, toaster oven coffee maker, microwave and fridge. There is a supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper. The fridge will be stocked with a dozen eggs, either picked by your or supplied by me. This will depend on the season and if the girls are laying eggs. If you are feeling adventurous there are also duck eggs occasionally available to try! The farm is family friendly, children especially have a wonderful time visiting with the , animals, playing with the dogs and having the opportunity to experience farm life. Helping to feed the chickens, or when there are ducklings and chicks getting to holding them. Titus Mill Farm is located in tiny town called Climax, five minutes from Coxsackie which has a grocery store. Around the corner there is Boehms Apple Farm for you fresh fruit cravings when it is in season. Next door to the farm is Twin Spruce Apiary, where you can find your fresh honey needs and look at the beehives. Two miles away there is Lime Kiln Farm, where you can visit and see hundreds of sheep and fill your craving for to a lamb dinner. Guest access The center front door is the guest access to the apartment Other things to note My listing prices are a fixed rate, they do both fluctuate. Weekdays are $110. Per night, weekends (Friday/Saturday) are $125. Per night. There is also a $60. Cleaning fee for the stay. When there are more then 2 guests there will be a $25. Fee per person per night. If you see a "fluctuation" in rates that is Airbnb's fees for booking through them which is Not paid out to me.
