The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottages have been freshened up from top to bottom. 2 Queen bedrooms (queen sofa bed too). 3 ceiling fans, all linens, Wifi - Flat Screen TV. 2 shared Fire pits & amazing Sunsets with free Kayaks. Suitable for 4 adults max with up to 2 children. The space Higgins Lake is a 10,000 acre inland lake known for its deep clear waters. It has been noted as one of the world’s most beautiful lakes. Its sandy bottom with a very gradual depth drop, make it great for kids and adults alike! Guest access Private lakefront, dock and boat mooring privileges. No need to waste time at the boat launch on a daily basis. Instead, walk out onto our private dock and come & go as you please. Other things to note This is a non smoking cottage. There are some chairs and a shared fire pit behind the cottages. Each cottage will also have access to a small grill. You will need to bring your beach towels. These Twins have a very long family history with the land dating back almost 100 years. They were named after the original owner’s two daughters (Dot #112 & Ruth #114).
