Equipped with a full bathroom, queen bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (please note this is a futon and not very comfortable). There is WiFi, a mini frig, coffee maker, and a TV with streaming abilities. There is a stone patio and a koi pond overlooking the town and water. Bay beaches are down the block, Sandy Hook is approximately a mile away. This property is not suitable for children or pets. Guest access Private entrance in the back Other things to note The studio is in beautiful town of Highlands on the Jersey Shore. It’s a 6-7 minutes walk from the Seastreak ferry and walkable to many great restaurants and bars. There is a town beach (on the bay) that is a 5 minute walk from the studio (you can see it from the yard), and the beaches of Sandy Hook and Sea Bright are only minutes away by car. And there is a bike rental right down the street if you don’t want to bring your own bike.
