Whether you are coming for business or pleasure, this house will be ideal! In a state with 350 days of sunshine every year, this is the perfect place to soak up some vitamin D!! Have a meal in the backyard under the sail shade or relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the covered back porch...you will find this house a relaxing, quiet place for your stay. The location is just right if you are coming for work, a wedding, University events, hiking, or just to get away! Refrigerated air conditioning will keep you cool on the warm days and its central heat will keep you nice and warm during the winter months. The house is located on a very quiet, neighborhood street. There's room for two cars in the driveway. You may also park one car in the garage. There is free street parking in front of house as well. Our house is entirely yours to enjoy during your visit. In true southwest style, it is tiled throughout with area rugs. There are two sitting areas in the house. The primary living room has a large sofa, two reclining chairs, and another comfy sitting chair. This is where the TV is located and you will be able to log into your favorite channels. (Don't forget to bring your passwords!) The second sitting area, which has one recliner chair and a loveseat, is on one side of the open kitchen, dinning, sitting area with French doors leading out onto the back covered porch and large backyard. There are blue metal chairs and a loveseat on the back porch as well as a table and chairs under the additional shaded area covered by a large sail shade. There is also a fun two "seater" with a large umbrella! The full kitchen is outfitted for you to be able to cook your favorite meals or use one of our cookbooks to try something from the southwest! There is a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen comes stocked with freshly roasted coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, cookware, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, crock pot, blender, quesadilla grill... as well as all the basics: plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, children's dinnerware, pots and pans, baking dishes, serving dishes, cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, etc. In the kitchen closet you will find the large trash "can," cleaning supplies, broom/dustpan, mop, and small vacuum. We'll also have a basket of snacks there to welcome you! There are three bedrooms, three beds. Each of the three bedrooms has extra pillows and blankets, night stands with lamps and alarm clocks. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The first bedroom has a full size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. All three bedrooms have black-out shades and the first bedroom has a desk and chair with a lamp. The second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, two sinks and a toilet. This bathroom also has a hairdryer. Both bathrooms have extra towels and washcloths. There is a hallway closet with an iron and ironing board, child's stool and booster seat. In the garage you will find the washer and dryer for your free use, complete with laundry basket, drying rack, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. There are also plastic disks for you to take with you to White Sands for sliding down the sand dunes as well as cushions for the chairs under the sail shade in the backyard and a small solar powered lantern. The home has everything you need! It's sparkling clean, fresh, and cozy. It's located close to I-10 and I-25. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house and yard.
