Guest access The entire apartment is yours and yours alone for the duration of your reservation. Upon check-in you’ll enter through a call box, then retrieve a keycard to use throughout your stay. If you have a vehicle, there is parking in the building’s garage for a fee of $25; just retrieve the parking pass in your room. Other things to note We respect the privacy of our guests throughout their stay. However, Mint House is honored to assist you during your time in Nashville. Should you need anything, please reach out. Stays over 28 days require a signed lease. Pet policy Only service animals and ESA’s (Emotional Support Animals) allowed.
