1,000+ sq foot renovated apartment right on Livingston town square. This historic apartment is cozy and well suited for a couple and their kids. It is newly remodelled with a fabulous bathroom with rain shower. There are two large bedrooms. One features a queen bed, built in closet and record player. The other has two twin beds. The living has a Smart TV, cable and WIFI. There's a bonus walk in dressing area with desk/work area and a separate storage/laundry room. The space We are right in the heart of Livingston so there are many things to do with-in walking distance of your Loft! The Steel Coop is a restaurant that is only a five minute walk away! They have a full bar, outdoor seating and live music on Friday and Saturday Nights! There are also many different shops and boutiques with-in walking distance too! Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival  All of our Lofts are on the 2nd floor, there is a flight of stairs guests MUST use to reach their lofts.  You can add a roll away bed for a additional $10. While we want you to enjoy yourself and make lots of memories in our Lofts, we do ask that all of our guests treat our Lofts like their own home. Please leave the Loft the same way you found it. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Thank you!
