Pets do require an additional security deposit, so please inform me if you plan on bringing your pet(s). NO parties and NO fireworks permitted on the premises. Guest access Everything in the house is available for your use. You can use all of the toys and books, as well as anything else we leave out for your convenience, including kitchen items.
