The space This luxurious, newly renovated condo contains an open concept kitchen/living room area, 3 bedrooms and a loft, 3 full bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the Blue Ridge Express lift, and many other great features. The kitchen contains all stainless steel appliances, a conventional oven and an electric stove. Dining table seats 4 and breakfast bar seats 4. Open living room and TV allow for comfy lounging. Cozy nook and fireplace add a warm space to read a good book or watch the kids as they get off the lift! Master bedroom hosts a king bed and private, full, bathroom. Two other bedrooms on the main floor add 1 queen bed and 2 full sized beds. One more full bathroom is located directly across from the second bedroom, and washer/dryer are in the hallway heading to the third bedroom on the main floor. Just past the kitchen stands a spiral staircase that leads to the spacious loft. The loft includes two couches that are each the size of a twin bed, as well as the third full bathroom. 2 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in the Mountain Village: The Edge, The Coppermine, Wintergreen Cafeteria, Mountain Inn and the Ski Shop. There are plenty of hiking trails within walking distance, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is just a 10 minute drive away. Additionally, we highly recommend taking a trip down the mountain and enjoying the many breweries, restaurants, and wineries route 151 has to offer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo except for two owners closets. Other things to note Guests will always have access to the condo's own personal complimentary stack of firewood located just outside the door. We are following all of the necessary COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to ensure the safety of all of our guests. We have blocked off the day before and the day after each booking in order for our condo to be professionally cleaned.
