First floor has an open floor plan with well equipped custom kitchen with cherry cabinetry, tile floor and newer appliances. Our dining table can comfortably seat everyone. The dining area opens to a 30 ft deck and private yard with woodland views. During the warmer months an outside dining table with umbrella and chairs completes our deck. A Weber Gas grill is provided year round. All the comforts of home are provided with high speed internet ( internet speed of 200 Mbps) + WiFi, air conditioning, washer + dryer, linens, abundant towels, firewood + kindling for living room fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, paper products, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, etc. For your convenience, firewood + kindling are stacked in the basement. There is also a workbench in the basement for tuning skis/bikes. Immaculately maintained. Other things to note The Rufe House is 5 miles from the center of Stowe Village. If you start at the 3 Way Stop in the center of Stowe Village, travel 5 miles north on RT 100 , take a right turn on Stancliff Road and then a right on Adams Way. We are the second house on the left with a circular driveway. There is a sign "Rufe House" at the beginning of the driveway and a sign beside the green front door.
