Most cabins in the area have little to no outdoor yard space, or are positioned on steep inclines, Bella Vista is not like that. The paved driveway provides easy access and ample parking for multiple vehicle sizes and trailers. Additional dogs may be approved with a further fee. Please ensure dogs are crated / kenneled when unsupervised inside the cabin. We do provide a single dog kennel on site. It is approximately 36 x 24 x 24 inches and stays folded away in a closet for guest use. Multiple surveillance cameras are located on EXTERIOR of the home and are actively recording the grounds surrounding the home, parking areas, exterior decks, and main entrance/front porch area. No cameras are pointed toward private areas, such as hot tubs, and no cameras are located inside the home. We respect your privacy. Surveillance cameras are only present as a means to protect our property and guests. By renting our property you understand and agree to our use of exterior surveillance cameras. Guest access Door and alarm codes will be provided electronically, not later than 3 days before your arrival date. Other things to note After booking we will send you a copy of our standard rental agreement and request your electronic signature via text message. We require the rental agreement to be signed after your booking is complete, and before you arrive at our property on the specified dates. If you disagree with any part of our rental agreement before you execute signature, you are more than welcome to cancel your reservation at our property penalty free, as long as it is within the first 48 hours of placing your booking.
