The space Everything about Casablanca del Sol is state-of-the-art. You’ll love the gorgeous stone and wood floors, the granite and marble, and the 10-foot ceilings. The home is arranged on three levels: pool & patio, main level (living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and one bedroom), and upper level (primary suite, plus guest bathroom and two bedrooms). In addition to the pool sun patio and shaded area under the house, Casablanca del Sol offers four full-length porches. Two are on the south and two are on the north. The main level south porch (shown left and right) is furnished and makes an excellent place to take morning coffee, read a book, or share a game in the fine Captiva weather. The primary suite has its own private porch overlooking the pool and backyard. On the upper level is the primary suite, with a king bed and a private south-facing porch. The primary bathroom has a dual-basin vanity with tilt mirrors, an oversize glass-surround shower, and a comfortable soaking tub. Also on the upper level are two more bedrooms and a guest bathroom with a tub shower. The northeast bedroom has a queen bed and a separate door into the bathroom, while the northwest has two twin beds. On the main level are another bedroom (king bed) and a guest bathroom (shower). Double doors can close off the hallway and suite of rooms for quiet privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and cable TV.
