A rental agreement with indemnity/hold harmless agreement will be emailed to you to be completed and returned along with your valid ID within 3 days of booking. You will not receive check in instructions until these steps are completed. Cabin sanitation may be available prior to check in, for a fee Min. 4 night stay in summer The space The entire cabin! The deck, the yard, parking! We do not have boat docking available for guests but there is a local place that rents dock space. 4x4 access only in cold months because we are on steep hill. If it snows-you may have to shovel! You are responsible for cleaning the cabin before you leave. If you need the cabin professionally cleaned before you arrive, I may be able to find someone to do so, given 48 hours notice, your check in time will be after 7 pm - depending on the cleaning, cleaning cost varies between $80-$100 which has to be paid to me electronically at the time the service is requested. Even with professional cleaning, you should wipe down surfaces commonly touched upon arrival due to Covid-19. I may be able to hire someone for you to “sanitize” the cabin in the hour prior to check in, for a fee, check with me if interested. Use of common sense is required to rent my cabin. You must clean and sanitize the cabin before checking out this is a requirement for booking. Don’t book if you don’t agree. Guest access The entire cabin and yard is yours to enjoy! Other things to note I do not provide toiletries such as toilet paper and soap. There is no garbage pickup. It’s carry in, carry out. See cleaning and Covid-19 details above. Message me before booking if you are under 25 years old. There is a $50 fee for underage automatic booking if not and you will have to cancel the reservation. $25 WiFi fee. If you cancel after receipt of my rental agreement you may not receive a refund. If the previous guest has not left the cabin in clean condition let me know as soon as you check in. It’s never been a problem but I do need to know right away so I can take steps to make you comfortable. The cabin is constructed of cedar wood which adds a pleasant woodsy smell to the interior of the cabin
