The space Our home accommodates 4 people comfortably, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom that can be made into a king upon request ($35 fee from our mgmt company). Two baths, one with a shower and one with a tub/shower. Totally remodeled -- all new fixtures, appliances, flooring and furniture. Free secure WiFi in condo and in the clubhouse. Passwords available once you've made a reservation. Fees include 11% state and local taxes. Guest access Guests can use the summertime swimming pool and year-round hot tub, sauna and ping pong in the clubhouse. Keys to our home and the pool area will be provided by our management agent, Alpine Lodging Sun Valley in Ketchum. If you will arrive outside normal work hours, Alpine will leave the key in a lockbox. The keys are not the same! Do not lock yourself out! Other things to note We are about a 6 minute walk to the River Run lifts and lodge, ski and bike rentals & shop, and the gondola that will take you up the slopes and to the historic Roundhouse restaurant. In the other direction, we're about a 5 minute walk to Ketchum's fabulous restaurants, bars and galleries. Free bus service in front of our complex to the Sun Valley lodge, slopes, restaurants and shops. No need to do linens when you leave; the cleaning service will take care of that. Ketchum is a dark sky community. Come see the Milky Way at night!
