Beach town living at its best w/ skylights, hardwood floors & a/c in all rooms. Summer months include deck seating, charcoal grill, beach chairs, and 2 adult beach passes. 28+ day & Summer Renters pay utilities w/upfront 10% of rent fee. Ring doorbell and owner accessed smart thermostat on site. Please do not alter either smart devices. The space Steps to the beach, with around the corner beach access and a short walk to pubs, restaurants and shops. Everything is walkable. street parking only. Narrow Beach Block on West End of Town. Guest access Use of the whole house but a 4 guest limit. Other things to note No smoking or vaping of any kind, including 420, on property. No parties or events permitted.
