This home has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 14 people and is located just five minutes from the beautiful emerald green waters and white sand of Navarre Beach. There are miles and miles of beach in Navarre providing the option of mingling on the beach with the crowds of beach-goers, or you may choose a section of the beach where you will feel more like it is just you and the beach. The space Beaches in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola Beach are also options within 35 minutes of this home. Destin is 20 miles away, Pensacola Beach is 24 miles away, and Fort Walton Beach is 13 miles away. When walking into this house, adults and kids alike will truly feel home away from home. Enjoy high speed internet, satellite TV in every bedroom, comfortable bedding, and a kitchen equipped with everything you’d expect in your own kitchen. If you enjoy fishing you’ll love being able to go fishing at the drop of a hat. You can have your fishing line in the water within 10 minutes after making the decision to go. Catch a bunch of fish then come back and cook them on the grill or in the frying pan. It doesn’t get any more fresh than that! There are also plenty of restaurants in and around Navarre if you prefer someone else to do all of the fishing and cooking for you. If you would like to try other water activities such as jet skiing, wake boarding, or deep sea fishing, those options are readily available too. Come on down, the waters feel great! A maximum of 4 cars are allowed and they must all fit in the driveway. Parking on the grass is not allowed. Other things to note Pets are permitted. There is a pet fee. Please do not bring a pet if you have not indicated that you are bringing a pet. This property has outdoor cameras. It is much easier for both of us to address pets with upfront and honest communication. NO PARTIES. This is not a party house. You must be respectful of the neighbors. Loud noise outside of the house is not allowed.
