Other things to note There is access to a barn for small gatherings. There is an additional fee of 750 for its use. There are three picnic tables situated inside giving seating for 24 with space for bar/catering. This fee covers the additional maintenance and cleaning and is in addition to any other rental fee. Also insurance is required for the event.
