Only 6 adult pool passes are issued with this rental This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.   BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area  Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day. No off-road vehicles permitted in this community.  Exception is made for race teams. A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.  Guest access Entire villa plus two car attached garage. Other things to note NOTE: There is no in-house Internet. There is FREE WiFi at our pool and on-site restaurant. One towel per guest provided. Please bring your beach and pool towels.
