Full kitchen, large dining areas, in-suite laundry room, covered deck and large outdoor patio. unit 1 has lots of room for guests to mingle and lounge inside and out, with a private backyard area and an adjoining common play area and nature trails. Rates are based on 8 guests, an extra charge of $25 per guest per day over 8 guests will be levied. Can be rented by itself or in conjunction with suite # 2 for larger family gatherings or corporate retreats. Sleeps up to 28 guests when combined .
