Boathouse has sofa swing, NautiBar and large shaded area. 2 guests max. Beautiful views and seasonal sunsets. Very Private. The space We are located on the main lake in a wide cove. We love the view of the main lake but the benefit of being in a cove. Owner available in main house, just next door if you need anything at all. Brochures available highlighting things to do in the area and will provide you with the latest information on festivities and bands at our local waterfront restaurants. We offer floats, a floating dock with ladder in the cove to swim to, 2 kayaks, a canoe, bocce ball and corn hole. There is music at the dock. Quiet times are from 10:00 pm to 8 am. Feel free to use the floats and noodles and all the amenities at the boathouse. Large shaded area with a swing to relax or nap on. Guest access Full use of private guest house, private outdoor patio with propane gas fire table, wood-burning fireplace and propane grill. Full use of dock including Nauti Bar and a space to keep your boat.
