Nestled in downtown Indian Rocks Beach, minutes from the white sands of the gulf! The space This newly redecorated condo, located in the heart of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, is the perfect place for your next vacation. It sleeps 8, and features two bedrooms, both with ensuite baths and smart TV's. The Living Room has comfy couch that pulls out into a hide-a-bed. Want to do some cooking? The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. There is a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal waterway where you can watch the sun rise, and keep an eye out for dolphins! Or just relax and watch the boats go by. There is also a private rooftop balcony where you can watch the sunset over Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, or lay out to catch some rays. Your family will be right at home at Harborside! Right outside your door is everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. Not only is there a heated pool, but alongside it is the Splash Harbor waterpark! Included with your stay is 4 free passes and 4 half-priced passes per day to Splash Harbor! It features slides, a splash pad for the kids, and a lazy river. Pull up a stool at the waterside Cruzan Rum Bar. Or stroll across the boardwalk to Jimmy Guana's for lunch. Other things to note Although we have always strived to keep our vacation rentals thoroughly cleaned for our guests, due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have implemented new cleaning and sanitizing processes and procedures. We continue to commit to do our absolute best to ensure a clean and sanitary vacation home for your stay with us, so you can rest assured that your escape to the extraordinary town of Indian Rocks Beach will be amazing! • We have inserted a minimum 30-hour window between guests • All Housekeepers will be wearing a mask and gloves while cleaning inside the properties. • All linens are replaced after every guest. • All bathroom surfaces and floors are cleaned and sanitized. Fresh towels are placed in the bathrooms. • Kitchen counters, appliances, and the sink and faucet are cleaned and wiped down with a disinfectant. • Solid surface items in the living room and bedrooms are cleaned and sanitized. • All soft surfaces, including couches, chair cushions and throw pillows are sanitized • All high touch items, including doorknobs and light switches, are cleaned and sanitized. • All floors are swept, and then mopped with a disinfectant. • The entry doorknob and keypad are wiped down with a disinfectant. The implementation of these additional cleaning steps adds extra time and for our cleaning crews, so to help offset this, we have also implemented the following measures: . • We have removed many of the throw pillows from the unit, to reduce the number that we need to sanitize between guests. • There are only two sleeping pillows per bed, to reduce the number of pillows that need to be sanitized between guests. • There is only a set of linens and a quilt on each bed.
