The space The kitchen/dining/ living room has integrated appliances including a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. A dining area for 4, with comfortable sofa to seat 3. Also available for guests use is a washing machine. There is a wide screen TV and high speed broadband. Upstairs you will find a snug with sofa, desk and another smart TV. Along with the bathroom with a shower over bath, WC and sink. Outside is a sizeable garden with patio, garden furniture, grass and shed for bike storage. We welcome 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately). Guest access Plenty of unrestricted on street parking available outside the house. Access is via a lock box for self check in. **Please note our neighbours do have a right away of way at the side of our garden into theirs, it is rarely used by them apart from taking out their refuse once a week. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.. Other things to note The staircase in this house is steep due to the age of the property. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.
