From this apartment you have the best views of the city and the river that you can hope for during your stay in Guayaquil, not even 5 star hotels can top it. Guest access They can access the whole apartment Other things to note PARKING: We offer free parking for guests that are lodged in the apartment only, 1 space per apartment subject to availability. Parking must be reserved by guests through a message at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, providing name of the driver and vehicle license plate. If you need more parking spots, we can try to get them for you for a supplement nightly price. We do not offer parking for visitors that lodged guests might have, however, there is free street parking and paid parking as well. Please note that parking building is not located in the same apartment building, but it is 1 minute walking from the entrance of the apartment building to the parking. Please note that the parking building can only admit vehicles that are under 2 meters high (78 inches), 2 meters wide (78 inches), and 4.5 meters long (177 inches). BEDS: The apartment has two twin beds in the bedroom that are joined to make a king size bed to be able to accommodate the different sleeping requirements guests might have. Also we have a roll away bed that we place in the living room when required when we have three guests. Guest can opt for having up to three separate twin beds in the property. We usually have a king size bed set up in the bedroom, so if you require two twins please let us know. HOT WATER: In Guayaquil since it is hot all year round most buildings do not come with installations for hot water, in case of this apartment we have modified it to have hot water in the showers ONLY. POWER OUTAGES NATION WIDE: the building has back up generators for elevators, lobby, and halls, not for apartments. Please note that these power outages have been going on nation wide since May 2024 because Ecuador relies on hydroelectric power and there is a prolonged drought on the northern western coast of South America this year. The power rationing is up to 14 hours a day, split into three blocks of 2 to 3 hours, for example: 2AM to 8AM + 12PM to 5PM + 8PM to 12PM. The times vary from week to week and is independently organized by the government and can change any time. WINDOWS- Windows open up to let a generous amount of air in, starting at a height of approximately 120 CMS / 47 inches and up, however guests lodged with children should be extremely careful as the opening can be dangerous for unsupervised children.
