The outdoor deck and the large backyard, add enjoyment and relaxation to this home, with comfortable lounge chairs where you can sit and drink wine, and enjoying bbq with family. Our private beach is only up to the end of the dock. Please don't cross over to neighbors' sides. Please note: We reserve the rights to update our home from time to time and furniture might change. Garage is not available for guests’ use and is not part of this rental! Pet fee is $200 for 1 pet. Additional pet fee will be assessed, please inquire before booking Guest access *You can access the entire house and back deck and large backyard and your private beach, except for the storage room and guest room that are not attached to the house. *Guests can park on the street or inside the gate, on the side of the house. *We have a propane bbq grill available for your use. We cannot always guarantee that the tank is full because it is too difficult to decipher whether the tank is full or not for each stay. There's a Chevron gas station / Union food mart less than a mile away (a 2-3 minutes drive) that can refill the tank if it's low. Union Food Mart is at 1031 E McReavy Rd, Union WA 98592. *We also have a propane fire pit on the deck with comfortable chairs. Propane gas is guests' responsibility as we do not live nearby. Please make sure to respect the neighbors' quiet time at 11 pm. Wood logs and s'more-related items are available at Union Food Mart as well. Other things to note Low Season - 1-2 Night minimum stay. High Season (July, August) and Holidays- Minimum stay 3 nights. *Maximum 14 guests with prior owner approval ONLY Posted rates are for 8 guests. $25 per night fee for each guest in excess of 8. Weber Gas BBQ Grill available Pets allowed ONLY with prior authorization. Please only mature, well-behaved dogs. Dogs that might relieve itself on my floors, be destructive towards property or furnishings or behave aggressively aren't welcome. Pet fee base rate is $200 for 1 dog. Additional dog will be $100 for 2nd dog, and $50 for the 3rd dog. Bring your doggy bed or crate/kennel. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We do not have cable TV. We have a smart TV where you can use Netflix or Amazon Prime to stream shows and movies to watch. But our hope is for you to have a digital detox vacation and enjoy nature instead. We do not provide log woods for the fireplace. Please buy your own if you would like to use the fireplace. We provide a propane grill with a propane tank. Because we tend to have guests back to back, it’s hard to keep our tanks full. If the propane tank happens to run out while you’re here, there’s a gas station within 2-3 mins from the house that you can refill from. While you are on our beach, please note to stay within our boundary lines and not cross over to our neighbors. We like to keep our guests happy but also our neighbors as well. We do not allow oysters and clams to be taken outside of our property. A fine of $500 will be assessed if you violate this rule. ★DISCLOSURES★ Our homes feature many amenities which might be seasonally available or would be considered outdoor recreational items. We make every effort to ensure that these items are available for use and in good condition, but mother nature and our previous guests also play a role in our ability to do so. Items like outdoor furniture, grills, kayaks, yard games, fire pits are cared for by our team but are stored outside in the elements. There may be leaves, dirt or debris on these outdoor items, and some may have limited use depending on the season and weather patterns. Other items may have experienced use or abuse by previous guests and were not reported as damaged or broken to us, limiting our ability to repair or replace them.
