This charming and private cabin located on Lake Glenville, perfect for your getaway! Our custom built home is fully furnished and retains its quaint mountain charm. This is a lakefront property with a terraced walkway down the side of the mountain to the lake and another access to the lake on a property about 100 feet to the south that is relatively flat. There is no dock at this time. Close drive to Cashiers. You'll find a large back deck, a fire pit, a wood fireplace and cozy bedrooms. The space This is a cabin on top of a mountain with the lake down below. It is lakefront with a terraced walkway down the somewhat steep slope to the lake. Very private. There is also boat rentals right across the lake. Guest access All the property can be used by the guests as well as our additional undeveloped lake property about 100 feet away. Other things to note Cashiers is short drive and is a quaint town with various boutique stores for shopping , a great hiking and outdoor shop, great park that hosts concerts and festivals. There are also many different dining options and breweries. The back deck extends over the sloping mountain so children must be supervised when on the deck. The bedroom with the twin bed is a basement bedroom there are two entrances to this bed room and only part of the basement is finished the other part is for laundry and mechanical equipment. One of the upstairs bathroom has a shower and the basement bathroom has a shower. There are bathtubs in both bathrooms upstairs.
