Unique floor plan - with hangout spot right at the entrance, that shares space with a queen bed and a bathroom. Mini room with a twin bed is in the corner and has natural light. 2nd room has a kitchenette and a dinning table + a queen bed. Comfy and cute - Full reno done in May '22 *MUST take your shoes off upon entering the unit - No shoes at any time. *NO PETS! *NO SMOKING!! *Parking in the area (and most of Chicago) is NOT free *Private parking is available upon availability - Please inquire 7days prior your arrival. *Gatherings or parties are not allowed *House quite hrs are 10pm-7am Guest access Self entry! Featuring a Nest lock with unique code during your stay. *Check In/Check Out* – Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to totally turnover and sanitize the home from top to bottom between guests. Ask us if you like to use our porch - Entrance from the back of the building. Other things to note 1. Provided Items & Supplies – An initial setup of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners are provided for the first couple days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. 2. Good Neighbor Policy – Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Our home is in a neighborhood that includes long-term tenants and owner residents. All guests and owners are subject to conform to the rules and regulations of the properties. Guest(s) causing excessive noise or disturbances will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS. 3. Family Rental Only – All guests MUST be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parents. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted. 4. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 5 people - If you bring more humans, children included, than agreed upon in your reservation – you may be asked to leave without a refund. 5. Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages 6. Pets – We no longer allow pets in this unit. There is be a $700 charge if you bring your pet. 7. Candles/Flames – Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles.
