Built between 1885 and 1891, the building originally served as a carriage house. Jennifer's Joynt may be in an old building, but the things that matter are new- mattresses, bedding and towels; and amenities such as Keyless entry, Wi-fi, smart TV, and Bluetooth speaker are provided. Once settled in, there is a lot of shopping within walking distance. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is within the fenced-in backyard of the main house. There is a trampoline and above-ground pool in the backyard. We ask that guests refrain from using the backyard, other than to come and go. There are playgrounds within walking distance from the apartment, as well as a lovely river walk. There is also a bike path approximately 1 mile away. Please let hosts know if you will need a pack-n-play and / or high chair. There is a $25 fee for each additional guest over six. NO CLEANING FEE.
