An additional bathroom with a tub/shower is upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Monarch Ski Area is a 20 minute drive, Mt Princeton Hot Springs is 20 minutes, Downtown Salida is 10 minutes, and Buena Vista is 25 minutes away. Fishing on the Arkansas or at Lake O'Haver is 15-20 minutes. Downtown Salida offers shopping, restaurants, breweries, art galleries, hot spring pools, live music, access to bike trails, white water rafting, and Gold Medal fishing on the Arkansas river.
