Close to local coffee shops, grocery, Crabtree Mall, NC Museum of Art, Umstead Park, & more! The space is clean, cozy, and all yours - no upstairs or downstairs neighbors here. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. You’ll love the indoor wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, private back deck facing the woods, & fully loaded kitchen to accommodate cooking. The space Cleaning is a top priority, following CDC guidelines and all surfaces are sanitized by a professional team. The home is also equipped with an Air Scrubber on the HVAC system which sanitizes the air as it passes through the system before reaching you inside and continues to sanitize/filter the home's air. You have full access to the entire townhome, in unit washer and dryer, back deck, shared pool and tennis courts, and 2 dedicated parking spots. Each bedroom has blackout curtains. 400 mbps Spectrum internet - plenty of speed for streaming, gaming, multiple Zoom video calls for work, etc. Fully loaded kitchen with quality items. Because I specialize in longer stays, I try to stock the home with quality things and provide everything you may need. If it’s not there, reach out and I’ll make sure that item that you’re looking for arrives ASAP. Guest access Parking is directly in front of the front door - spaces are both listed as #53. No cars parked close to you either - there is a median between your two parking spots and the other neighbors. Other things to note PETS: Pets are welcome with a fee. The fee covers carpet cleaning to reduce dander, smells, stains, and allergens for future guests who are sensitive. Please inquire and let me know you’re bringing a pet. Please no pets on furniture to help keep it clean for future guests. DISCOUNTS: 30 day minimum stay required (longer are welcome). This is a monthly rental only, per HOA rules and I specialize in longer stays. You will see a larger discount if booking an 8+ or 12+ week stay. OTHER: All exterior maintenance is taken care of, of course, during these longer stays but you will need to take the city trash cans to/from curb.
