The space Welcome to our charming, bright, clean, comfortable home. You'll love relaxing in the spacious courtyard or private patio in the backyard. There's a gas grill available for grilling your favorite meal. This home is very comfortable for up to 6 people and the open floor plan allows you to socialize or watch TV while cooking. Super clean with No carpet in the entire house, all ceramic tile. Black-out shades in all bedrooms, including master bathroom skylight. Master bedroom includes a TV. Kitchen is supplied with all dishes, pans, paper products and spices. Also available is a Crock pot, coffee pot, mixer & blender. Fresh ground coffee and tea available, along with other snacks. All three beds have down blankets making it warm and cozy! Master bedroom has a new king mattress! Gas fireplace in living room adds great ambiance and the sofa recliner will certainly please you! All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, plenty of towels and blow dryer. The two car garage is available for your use. You'll have access to a washer and dryer with detergent available for your use. If you plan on going to White Sands, we have three sleds that are available for you to take with you for sledding down the sand dunes and also an ice chest is available. *Internet speed is 175-200 megabytes per second. *All guests are welcome to a complimentary goodie basket with snacks and a bottle of wine for you to enjoy! ***I take great pride in my home and am very conscientious about being sure it is extremely clean for every guest. That being said, I also ask in return that you respect my home and treat it as if it was your own. Absolutely NO big groups or parties allowed, no pets and NO smoking of any type anywhere on the property. Please note that the price charged is for two people and anyone above that, there is an additional charge of $10.00 per person per night.
