Venture out for a day trip to Mt. Rainier National Park, or visit Crystal Mountain Ski resort in winter. A non-smoking and no pets property. The space This is a working farm - we have lots of animals and are often out and about doing work around the cottage. We have a very large livestock guardian dog to protect our animals from predators. However the dog's personality is to protect, and while he is not a problem for our cottage guests, your behavior (if you are skittish toward him for example) can trigger a negative response. If you are afraid of dogs, this may not be the best place for you to stay. Guest access Just prior to check in time you will receive a message via Airbnb with check in instructions! The cottage is a completely separate building on our farm, and you have the whole place to yourself except for one room which we use for food storage (the door to this room from inside the cottage is locked from the inside so you don't have to worry about accidentally going in there. It is also locked from the outside with a padlock). You will occasionally hear us in there retrieving items or storing them.
