This cottage has been refurbished to its original splendor, furnished with period pieces and decorated with Laguna art. NOTE: This property requires the use of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. 30 night minimum. NOTE: This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. No smoking, of any kind, is permitted on the property, inside or outside, or associated decks, and or common grounds .
