The house is accessed by a quiet cul-de-sac and sits on 4 lots of which 3 are waterfront and the 4th provides a large front yard for privacy and recreation. Three boat slips and a shallow boat launch for small watercraft only adds to the recreation adventures that can be experienced on The Rez without leaving the house.
