MUD SEASON NOTICE: The last mile to the house is a gravel road, serviced and plowed by the CIty of Bennington, but during mud season when snow is thawing, it can alternate between frozen and rutted, and muddy. The City grades the road multiple times per year, and it's usually in great shape, but it has to dry out before they can grade it. The property now also has HughesNet high speed internet, for those looking for a working vacation, or who need to have Zoom meetings from the road! Great for streaming, too!
