At high tide, you feel like you are floating and at low tide you have miles of soft sandy beach to explore between your toes. Stunning 180 degree views of Langley Cove, Camano Island, Tulalip Reservation, Hat Island, City of Everett, City of Mukilteo and the Cascade Mountains. The space **This house is in a very private neighborhood of 6 homes, located in Langley City, South of Whidbey Island. You'll love the quiet, master suite with its own private balcony, comfy space and stars at night. With this prime beach location, you’ll have fun spotting the occasional orcas, seals and sea lions, plus you’ll definitely enjoy the eagles soaring overhead. ** Additional $20/night for the 5th person, it will be added in the total. **The house features a self-cleaning oven, large refrigerator, stove and built-in microwave, wood pellet stove/heater, full length deck, BBQ on the patio, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Roku box streaming capabilities, blue ray player and internet access. Additional amenities: Air Fryer, waffle maker, rice cooker, instant pot, toasters, electric kettle, Cuisinart 14 cup coffeemaker and Keurig coffee machine. Complimentary K-Cup coffee pods. General cooking seasoning (salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, creamer, seasoning rack, etc.) **You’ll be tempted to fish from the backyard, or just sit in your comfy Adirondack chairs to take in the amazing mountains and water views. You can make a fire or just enjoy a nap in the waterfront reclining chaise lounges. If you are in the mood for an excursion, there are miles of beautiful trails, beaches and charming towns to explore. **In Spring and Summer, there is an egg swing chair on the deck to sit and relax. **Kayaks and paddle boards are available to use (May - September only) but all guests must sign a waiver form prior to your stay. Life jackets are provided, and guests are welcome to bring your own life jackets if guests prefer. There are two double seats kayaks, two single kayaks and two hardshell paddle boards. **Summer (July 4th - September Labor Day weekend - Thursday through Monday each week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are closed) is the crabbing season. You don't need a boat to go crabbing, just use the kayak. Bring your own crabbing equipment. Crabbing license is required. Licenses can be purchased at the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife or at a Fred Meyer store. **This place is not suitable for children under 12. There is no baby crib. There are staircases to 2nd floor, high balcony from the master bedroom, high deck with rails and a backyard bulkhead wall about 6-7 feet high from the beach ground level. **Please note that the hill road to the house is steep and narrow (about or more than a regular single lane). It's an easy cement driveway, just be extra cautious. Guest access **There is a ramp to walk down to the beach on the right side of the house (facing the water). Please respect the next-door neighbor's privacy as it is a shared ramp. **Guests can access the entire house and the outdoor space including back deck, backyard and your private beach. **Guests can park 2 cars on the left side of the house (facing the beach) or guests can also park at the neighborhood visitor parking lot. It is located at the bottom of the hill before the turn into the neighborhood (accommodates 3 cars, first come first serve). It’s about 50 feet from the house. **Please do not park cars on the gravel field (in front of the house) because that is a drain field, and we need to protect the system. **Please do not park cars on the right side of the house (facing the beach), we need to respect the neighbor's privacy. **The locked cabinets in the laundry room are not accessible for guests. **The house offers basic Comcast channels, a Roku stick to streamline channels through Xfinity Beta and access other Apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.) to stream shows and movies. **There are some board games and DVD movies available. They are in the white cabinets in the laundry/storage room and under the coffee table. ** There are Cornhole board game, badminton set, and Croquet set to play in the backyard. **There is a propane BBQ grill and a propane tank available for your use. We cannot always guarantee that the tank is full because it is too difficult to decipher whether the tank is full or not for each stay. There's a Naomi's Mobil gas station about 2.7 miles away (3 minutes' drive) that can refill the tank if it's low. Wood logs are available to use, and it is stored under the deck and on the wood rack by the blue recycle bin. We would appreciate you leaving some money to cover the cost. Thanks for your understanding. Please make sure to respect the quiet time at 10 pm. For additional wood logs and s'more-related items, they are available at the Naomi's Mobil gas station as well as The Red Apple grocery store nearby (3 minutes' drive), located in Ken’s Korner Shopping Retail Center.
