The space ACCESS to -Close by to Elk Mountain Ski resort -Golf -State Fishing and Hunting areas -Rooney’s homemade ice cream 2 blocks away! (Seasonal) -Missy’s diner serving breakfast, lunch and dinner right next door (call for hours of operation, closed Mondays and Tuesdays). -rails to trails access just a couple of blocks away. A nice hike down the path will lead to a beautiful creek with the waterfall areas in the pictures. -playground a block up the road from house -antiquing in the surrounding areas Guest access -parking area in front of garage -deck on back of house -front porch -entire house except one closet for owner storage. Other things to note -bring your food with you or stop to shop before going to house. There are no close by food markets.... -in summer time there are numerous farms selling fresh produce, but again plan ahead. -Rooney’s ice cream parlor is amazing and only two blocks away (seasonal) -No street parking in the wintertime. If needed parking Is available across the street at the mason lodge parking lot (exactly across from Missy’s diner). -Missy’s is right next door. Serving breakfast and lunch and dinner. Please check her availability and hours. (I don’t think they are open on mondays and Tuesdays.) -Arlo’s is a small market/resturaunt/bar/gas stationabout 6.3 miles away. And they have outdoor seating and horse shoes set up there to play. Weekend Friday and Saturday nights they have bands. The market opens around 6am and closes 9-10pm (check with them yourself as things change). The resturaunt offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
