We know the importance of getting away and finding a restful retreat. Our heartbeat is to provide all of our guests a comfortable, sparkling clean space to recharge and relax! We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood in a tight knit community. We would love to introduce you to the beauty of Lancaster County and are in proximity to many major tourist destinations including Hershey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC and New York. The space The apartment is a daylight basement with private, keypad entrance. Includes full functional kitchen with necessities like pots and pans and a Keurig stocked with a variety of coffee options. You have access to your own private laundry room with detergent supplied. The full bath comes stocked with linens as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You also have access to a private patio outside your door where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. There are 2 TV's - one in the living area and one in the bedroom. You have access to streaming services including HULU live, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+. You may notice upstairs footsteps/noise, however we try to keep the noise to a minimum and will be very responsive if you communicate disturbances. If you need additional sleeping space, we can provide an elevated, self-inflating twin air mattress and bedding. Guest access You are welcome to sit on the patio outside your door. It is for our guests use only. Cushions for the chairs and an umbrella are also available. You also have complete private access to your own laundry room. Other things to note We provide a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet and a fire extinguisher spray under the sink.
