Other things to note We want you to have a fantastic vacation with us, so here’s some important information to help you decide if a stay at Chalets Hygge is the right fit for your trip. • Chalet Rules: Please ensure that everyone in your group is comfortable with our chalet rules so that all guests can enjoy their stay. • Occupancy: The chalet can sleep up to a maximum of 8 people. There are 2 closed queen bedrooms, a partially closed loft with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. • Additional Guests: The base price of the chalet includes six guests. For groups larger than six, an additional charge of $25 per person, per night, helps cover the extra cleaning and property usage costs that come with additional guests. We kindly ask that you ensure the correct number of people is reflected in your reservation. Thank you for your understanding! • Pet Policy: We’re pet-friendly and understand how rare it is to find beautiful accommodations that welcome pets! To help cover the extra tasks involved in keeping our spaces welcoming for everyone, we charge an additional $50 pet fee. We kindly ask guests to follow our pet guidelines to ensure that we can continue welcoming your four-legged family members for years to come. • Allergies: If you have pet allergies, please note that a pet-friendly chalet might not be the best choice. • Steep Stairs: Families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns should keep in mind that the chalet has steep stairs. • Infants & Children: Families with children are warmly welcomed! Please note that the chalet is not childproofed, nor do we provide items like high chairs, cribs, or baby gates. • Entertainment: Enjoy an HDTV with Netflix (no satellite or cable), a portable Bluetooth speaker, and Bell Fibe high-speed wifi for easy streaming and video calls. • Parking: Our driveway comfortably fits 2-3 cars, matching the chalet’s capacity. Please avoid parking on the road, in the yard, or in neighboring driveways. • EV Charger: One of our adjoining chalets, the Denmark, is equipped with a Level 2, 30-amp EV charger that is available for use by our guests. You may park in the designated space of this chalet while you recharge. We kindly ask that once the car is fully charged to free up the parking space to allow other guests to recharge their vehicles.
