Close to grocery store (5 min.) and downtown Laconia as well as Staples, Home Depot and an outlet mall (10 min.). The house is 2 hours from Boston, 45 minutes from Manchester, 1 hour 20 minutes to the NH Seacoast, 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort, 1 hour to Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain and 2 hours to the White Mountains.
