Located on the Goose creek wildlife preserve in Loomis Bay this is truly the sweet spot on Chautauqua lake. We are close to all the major attractions on the lake and minutes from the beautiful town of Lakewood and the Jamestown Comedy Center. We have a 40 ft dock with direct access to the lake with 3 kayaks to use. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua counties major attractions. The space We are now accepting Month to Month rentals until June 1. Rate is 1900 / Month this includes utilities and snow removal. This is a 4 season 3-bedroom house located on a dead end street. This house will comfortably sleep 8, and can accommodate up to 3 cars (no trailers or commercial size vehicles). Overflow parking for larger groups, vehicles, and trailers is next door at the Loomis bay park. We allow pets at a 50/stay per pet no more than 2. This is a fully furnished home with Central heat and Air Conditioning. It has a full-size washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. We have high speed internet and a Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney Plus, and Apple TV. I take COVID seriously here and I have installed an air cleaning system that will remove pollen and all viruses including COVID 19 from the heating and cooling system. There is a dock that is 40 ft long that you can park your boat and jet skis on (no Deep V boats, low draft only). There is a Hot tub with seating for 4, and a fire pit with firewood included with your stay (be reasonable with usage). There is an enclosed heated porch for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy everything Chautauqua lake has to offer Other things to note You are 10 minutes from Lakewood / Jamestown, the biggest city in the county so you'll have lots of restaurants, a mall, the comedy center in Jamestown and other entertainment options. The Harbor hotel, Wegmans and Walmart are very close by for your convenience. You are 15 minutes from the Chautauqua Institute and 10 minutes from Bemus point.
