This is the lower level of a two apartment house Yellow Door apartment above. Full kitchen, plenty of room for small family. Huge porch on the front of the house for morning coffee and evening meals in the warm months. Quiet location nestled in the cedar trees open field. Located the south side of Viroqua it is walkable to downtown. Off street parking right by the door. Pets are allowed by selecting pets when reserving. 5th person is $10 fee because of linens and pull out set up. The space Great space with lots of light and a full kitchen and great feeling open plan. Better photos on the way. We have a long term renter in until mid February. Personally I love this as much, or more than the upstairs yellow door. Bedroom and bathroom are bigger and the porch is amazing. Well insulated so you don't hear noise from upstairs. Very quiet but easily get to downtown and all the fun in the driftless. Guest access The whole apartment is yours! Large yard and field next to house is ours, great neighborhood for an evening walk. Other things to note Viroqua is an amazing place for food, out-of-doors and unique shopping experience. Numerous opportunities for music and theatre as well. Ask, and I will send recommendations.
